Fancy Fingers Nail Academy – Terms & Conditions

Course Booking
A place on a course is confirmed once the required deposit has been received. Course places are limited to ensure that every student receives individual attention. All students must be over the age of 18 years.

Course Fees & Payment
The course fee and payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any outstanding balance must be paid one week before the course commences.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or change your course date, please give as much notice as possible. Where reasonable notice is given, we will do our best to transfer your booking to another available course date.

Deposits are normally non-refundable where a cancellation is made at short notice, as the place has been reserved specifically for you. However, each situation will be considered individually.

Attendance
Students are expected to attend all scheduled training hours. If a student is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact Jean Davis as soon as possible.

Training & Certificate
The courses are practical training programmes designed to teach the nail extension techniques demonstrated during the course. A Certificate of Practical Training will be issued on successful completion of the required training.

The certificate confirms completion of the training provided; it does not constitute a government licence or qualification unless specifically stated otherwise.

Products & Equipment
Details of the products, equipment and materials required for starting your nail business will be discussed during training.

Health & Safety
Students must inform the Academy before training of any relevant allergies, sensitivities or conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely in practical nail training.

Photography
From time to time, photographs may be taken during training for use on the Fancy Fingers Nail Academy website or social media. Permission will always be requested before using identifiable photographs of students.

Changes to Courses
Fancy Fingers Nail Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course dates, content or arrangements where circumstances require. Every effort will be made to provide advance notice.
